OUR STORY

All Purpose Recovery began in 2019 as Progress Recovery, a Christ-centered recovery ministry inspired by the principles of Celebrate Recovery.

As the ministry grew, so did our understanding of what recovery truly means. We realized that recovery isn't simply about overcoming addiction—it is a lifelong journey of healing, growth, and becoming who God created us to be.

In 2021, we changed our name to All Purpose Recovery because we recognized that people are recovering from far more than substance abuse. Many are navigating grief, trauma, broken relationships, emotional wounds, unhealthy patterns, spiritual discouragement, and the everyday challenges of life.

All Purpose Recovery is committed to creating a Christ-centered community where people can find hope through biblical encouragement, prayer, and authentic relationships.

We believe healing begins when people are heard, encouraged, prayed for, and reminded they are never alone.

We don't judge. We've lived through life's challenges, experienced God's healing and grace, and now have the privilege of walking alongside others on their own recovery journey.
